IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap specializing in capital markets services for major private and institutional clients, announced the hiring of Jake Lapidot, responsible for securing debt and equity for mid-market and institutional clients.
Based in Manhattan, Lapidot will work with the team led by Max Herzog and Marko Kazanjian, who both joined the firm in August 2023 along with Andrew Cohen. In December 2023, the team expanded further with the hiring of Max Hulsh. Lapidot’s expertise spans senior permanent financing, bridge financing, subordinate financing (mezzanine debt and preferred equity) and joint venture equity across various real estate asset classes including industrial, multifamily, retail and office.

Prior to joining IPA Capital Markets, Lapidot served as a director at Cooper-Horowitz. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Syracuse University.
