Empire State Realty Trust Inc. (ESRT) has signed a 34,000-square-foot expansion and renewal lease with luxury fashion house Carolina Herrera Ltd. (a subsidiary of Puig Brands) at 501 Seventh Ave.

501 Seventh Avenue is a modernized office building in midtown Manhattan near Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, dining and lodging. Tenants benefit from the building’s efficient side-core floor plates, a new rooftop lounge with indoor and outdoor seating and access to shared campus amenities which include a Town Hall conference space at 1400 Broadway, and an outdoor rooftop lounge at 1333 Broadway to open this year. Tenants also enjoy a diverse mix of in-building retailers which include Chipotle, Le Café, Club Pilates, A Cut Above and Chop & Go.
