Lee & Associates NYC announced that it has negotiated a deal to bring SA Hospitality Group’s Felice to Manhattan’s Upper East Side at Trump Plaza at 167 East 61st Street. Felice will occupy 3,400 square feet of ground and lower-level space in a new 15-year lease at the luxury retail and cooperative apartment building. Felice currently has multiple locations in Florida, New York City, Long Island and Westchester.
Mark Kapnick and Jordan Cohen from Lee & Associates NYC represented Felice Restaurant by SA Hospitality Group. The landlord, The Trump Organization, was represented in-house by Myles Fennon and Kelly O’Rourke.
“We are incredibly proud to have brought Felice and The Trump Organization together on this deal,” said Kapnick, executive vice president and principal at Lee & Associates NYC. “Felice is a well-known, upscale restaurant, and its newest location, on a prominent corner of the Upper East Side at Trump Plaza, will be a great addition to the neighborhood.”
Felice opened its first location in 2007 on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. It is expected to open its newest location this July.
“We are excited to have such an incredible operator in Felice open at this location, which is second to none, and start what will be a great partnership with The Trump Organization,” said Eric Trump, executive vice president of The Trump Organization.
Trump Plaza first opened in 1984 and has become a staple of the Upper East Side, hosting numerous notable guests and residents. The 36-story, mixed-use building is named for and owned by The Trump Organization.
