Normolle comes to KWNYC with seven years of real estate experience, most recently at his own brokerage Next Gen Ventures. However, he is most known for his recent role in season one of Netflix’s reality series, “Owning Manhattan,” co-starring celeb broker, Ryan Serhant, while he was a licensed real estate agent at SERHANT. Prior to that role, he worked at Compass.
Having been an international model since he was 16, Jonathan has established a thriving and prominent network in the fashion world and several high-end luxury industries. He has worked with global brands, luxury hotels, restaurants, and nightclubs. His fascination with architecture is what inspired him to transition to real estate. Trained by some of the world’s top-producing agents, he understands the nuances of the luxury market and high-end client service. He is now one of the most well-known brokers in Manhattan and helped close more than $100M in sales in 2022 alone. Jonathan specializes in luxury homes, new developments, and invertors properties, and he works with crypto titans, artists, and celebrities domestically and abroad.
