Bond New York Announces Brooklyn Growth

BOND New York, a full-service real estate brokerage and marketing firm with offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn, announces massive Brooklyn growth. A new office location, named exclusive agent for a 234-unit Prospect Heights new rental development and the recruitment of 21 new Brooklyn-based agents all exemplify the brand’s commitment to growth in the borough.

The brokerage, founded in 2000 by Bruno Ricciotti and Noah Freedman, has recently signed a lease on a new Williamsburg, Brooklyn location. The new 2308-square-foot, sixth-floor office located in the ‘award winning’ The Refinery at Domino at 300 Kent Avenue will replace the firm’s previous one located at 713 Lorimer Street. The space will house 20 agents and comes complete with a conference room, private office, kitchen, and shared resource area. Alex Saltalamacchia, managing director, will continue to manage BOND’s Brooklyn outpost, guiding rentals and sales agents. BOND took out a two-year lease at $65/sq. BOND represented themselves in the sale and Alyssa Zahler from Two Trees represented the commercial space.

As part of its commitment to expansion in the borough, BOND is also pleased to announce it has been named the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for Pacific House Brooklyn, a 234-unit residential rental development located at 953 Dean Street, developed by Clipper Equities. The property features 40 studios, 122 one-bedrooms, 71 two-bedrooms and 7, three-bedroom homes, many of which feature outdoor space and home office areas. Rents start at $2700 for studios and go to $7000 for three-bedrooms.
