Mohr Partners, Inc., a global occupier-focused corporate real estate advisory firm, has engaged industry veteran Jennifer Syx to collaborate on and help expand its economic development and incentives practice into a full-service North American platform.
Syx brings a proven track record of securing tax credits, grants and other incentive opportunities for private-sector occupier clients seeking to enhance their investment dollars and maximize their capital investments.
“I am looking forward to assisting Mohr Partners’ 200-plus occupier clients obtain incentives that supplement their capital investment in new projects and help contain their overall operating costs,” Syx said.
Syx spent more than two decades as an economic development officer for U.S. municipalities before transitioning to the private sector, where she has represented companies in negotiating mutually beneficial incentive packages.
