Cresa Managing Principal Bert Rosenblatt, Managing Principal Peter Sabesan and Vice President Alex Gerome have arranged a renewal lease for Elderserve Health Inc., d/b/a RiverSpring Health Plans, a New York State non-profit organization, at 1630 East 15th St. in the Midwood section of Brooklyn.The 14,551-square-foot double suite on the second floor of the three-story building serves as general and executive offices for Elderserve staff.
“This is an organization that provides both at-home healthcare and clinical services to seniors,” Rosenblatt said. “Working directly with the landlord’s rep, we were able to ensure Elderserve Health will remain in place for years to come.”
The contemporary commercial property, built in 2006, is conveniently located close to public transportation and has indoor parking. The asking rent for the space was $45 per square foot.
