Fluffy Fluffy, an all-day café known for its soufflé pancakes and savory delights, will open its global flagship at 153 First Ave. in the East Village on June 21. The space features a minimalist, modern design with clean lines and soft lighting, blending contemporary café style with the comfort of home.
“Bringing Fluffy Fluffy to New York was a clear strategic choice,” said a spokesperson for the brand. “This city thrives on culinary innovation, and we’re excited to bring our elevated take on all-day dining to one of the most dynamic food scenes in the world.”
In an exciting first for the brand, the New York flagship also features a dedicated cocktail bar, offering handcrafted signature drinks to complement the desserts and brunch, adding a playful twist to the indulgent experience.
The star attraction of Fluffy Fluffy is its signature made-to-order Japanese soufflé pancakes, renowned for their cloud-like texture. These are complemented by a refined yet laid-back brunch menu, designed for various social occasions — from weekend catch-ups and afternoon tea to fun date nights.
Fluffy Fluffy was ounded in Toronto in 2018 and now boasts over 70 locations spanning the U.K., Canada, China, France, the U.S. and Morocco.
