Nordstrom Inc. announced plans to open new Nordstrom Racks in Flower Mound, Texas, Suwanee, Ga. and Pompano Beach, Fla. through fall 2026.
The 30,000 square-foot Flower Mound store will be located at The Highlands of Flower Mound, a shopping center that includes Target, Sephora and Barnes & Noble. The Highlands of Flower Mound is owned and managed by InvenTrust Properties and is located off of Long Prairie Road and Justin Road.

The 34,000 square-foot Suwanee store will be located in Johns Creek Town Center, whose tenant mix also includes Sprouts, Kohl’s, HomeGoods, Ulta, Michael’s and more. Owned and managed by Big V Property Group, Johns Creeks is located northeast of Atlanta McGinnis Ferry Road and Peachtree Parkway.

The 28,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack in Pompano Beach will open in fall 2026 in the Pompano Citi Centre, a shopping center at Federal Highway and Copans Road that includes national tenants such as Burlington, Five Below, TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Chuck E. Cheese and Amped Fitness. The nearly 60-acre Pompano Citi Centre is owned and managed by Sterling Organization and is the largest critical mass of retail space in northeast Broward County.
