The Corcoran Group recently announced that Brad Loe has joined the company as the new Senior Managing Director of Manhattan’s Chelsea Flatiron office. Announcement of the move was made by Pamela Liebman, Corcoran’s President and CEO.
With over two decades of industry experience, Loe most recently held the role of Executive Vice President and Director of Sales at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties and previously was Executive Manager of Sales at Douglas Elliman’s Flagship and Upper West Side offices.
He is widely recognized for his forward-thinking collaborative leadership, outside-the-box approach to problem-solving, spearheading impressive growth through strategic recruitment, and the development of high-performing agents—all delivered with his signature razor-sharp wit.
In his new role, Loe will report into Ryan Fitzpatrick, Corcoran’s Regional Vice President for Downtown Manhattan and South Florida. Together, they will focus on agent support with strong emphasis on top-line growth and recruitment.
“We are thrilled to welcome Brad to Corcoran,” said Liebman. “He brings an outstanding track record, a wealth of experience, and a reputation as a highly respected leader. I’m confident our agents will thrive under his guidance and achieve even greater success.”
Reflecting on his new role, Loe said, “It has always been important to me to be part of a company I believe in and Corcoran’s core values of integrity, service and market expertise align perfectly with mine. I’m looking forward to rolling up my sleeves and working alongside more than 250 incredibly talented agents on 19th Street.”
