Dossier, which calls itself “the perfume house for the next generation,” is opening a flagship boutique in NoLita, New York located at 242 Elizabeth St. on June 27 at 1:30 p.m.

The boutique will feature the brand’s full catalog across the Dossier Impressions, Dossier Originals and Dossier Home lines. With the introduction of a permanent retail space, Dossier is finally able to offer a hub for customers to search, spritz, smell and shop the brand’s scents in person.

“This boutique has been years in the making,” said Sergio Tache, founder and CEO of Dossier. “We’ve had such an amazing response to our perfumes online since launching in 2019 and knew we wanted to give customers an offline Dossier experience. Last year we hosted our very first pop-up just a few doors down from our boutique and knew we had to open a permanent space after seeing how excited our customers were to experience our fragrances in person.”

Located in the heart of New York’s Scent Row, the Dossier flagship boutique will serve as a space for both discovery and education. Designed by renowned creative firm, Malherbe Paris and brought to life by Rekon Retail, the boutique offers a refined yet inviting space, seamlessly blending Dossier’s French heritage with the NoLita neighborhood’s famed laid-back, minimalist aesthetic.

A centralized hub for Dossier’s main three collections: Dossier Originals, Dossier Impressions, and Dossier Home, the space is designed as a fragrance library that guides visitors through olfactive families in a clear, curated journey for an = exploration of scent, rooted in both heritage and innovation. A dedicated “Dossier Drop Day” section will highlight each month’s current launch. Paperscent, an innovative perfume testing technology designed by Gaudier, will be placed throughout the space, allowing Dossier to capture in-store traffic analytics in real-time while providing an immersive perfume discovery process. This technology also significantly reduces paper waste, maintains perfume integrity and prevents fragrances from mixing in the air.

“We wanted to create the ultimate immersive perfume experience for our guests,” said Max Poussier, chief creative officer at Dossier. “Upon entering the space, customers are introduced to our six scent families, which guide their fragrance journey through our Impressions, Originals, and Home collections. It’s our first real-world experience, a foundation for building the modern perfume house for the next generation. It’s not just about discovery. It’s about belonging. A space that reflects how we see the future of fragrance: open, elevated and made for everyone.”
