Kinexio, an enterprise solution for commercial property management, has announced a partnership with foot traffic providers PFM Intelligence Group, Sensormaric (ShopperTrak) and Axper to enhance data and analytics for retail and mixed-use properties.
Kinexio is used to manage 2,200 retail and mixed-use properties globally, with 600,000 unique users across its platform. It provides a single AI-enriched solution for collecting and analyzing sales data and foot traffic, managing day-to-day operations and synchronizing crisis communications.
The new partnerships will allow retail landlords and asset management teams to overlay real-time data on foot traffic and visitor behavior with sales and operational data and easily distribute valuable insights to multiple stakeholders such as tenants, investors and management teams. Working with three providers enables Kinexio to provide a global solution that can serve whichever tech stack its customers utilize for foot traffic collection such as foot traffic devices, CCTV or IoT sensors, the companies said.
The platform is designed to provide easier access to data, and adapt to customers’ specific needs, as it is customizable and able to deliver tailored functionality, data models and user-specific dashboards. This in turn will enable asset managers to better engage with tenants to drive day-to-day performance; curate the right tenant mix; enable early intervention, measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and enlivenment and forecast foot traffic and sales based on historical trends.
