Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom Inc. announced plans to open a multiple new off-price Nordstrom Rack locations around the country, including locations in Deptford, N.J.; Canton, Ohio; Elmwood, La.; Williamsburg, Va. and Mansfield, Mass.
Nordstrom currently operates four Nordstrom stores and nine Nordstrom Rack stores in New Jersey. The 24,500 square-foot Deptford store will be located in Deptford Town Center, joining tenants including Aldi, First Watch and Tractor Supply. Deptford Town Center is owned and managed by MSP Developments and is on the southeast corner of Deptford Center Road and Almonesson Road, just south of the Deptford Mall and between routes 55 and 42. It is expected to open in fall 2026.

The 23,800-square-foot Canton store will open in fall 2026 at The Venue at Belden, a shopping center that includes Burlington, TJ Maxx and HomeGoods. The Venue at Belden is owned by Axiom Realty and is located at the hard corner of Everhard Rd N.W. and Whipple Ave N.W. Nordstrom currently operates three Nordstrom stores and eight Nordstrom Rack stores in Ohio.
The 27,000 square-foot Elmwood store will be located at Elmwood Center, Louisiana’s largest open-air shopping center anchored by TJ Maxx, Marshalls & HomeGoods, Hobby Lobby, Barnes & Noble, Nike, Ulta and DSW. Elmwood Center is owned and managed by Lauricella Land Company and is centrally located in Jefferson Parish off Clearview Parkway and Earhart Expressway. The store is expected to open in spring 2026. The retailer operates three Nordstrom Rack stores in Louisiana.
The Williamsburg location will open in fall 2026, with 25,000 square feet store at Settlers Market, a shopping center that includes Michael’s Arts & Crafts, Ulta Beauty, Five Below, Trader Joe’s, World Market and HomeGoods. Settlers Market is located off Monticello Avenue and Humelsine Parkway. Nordstrom operates two Nordstrom stores and seven Nordstrom Rack stores in Virginia.
Planned for a fall 2026 debut, the 23,700 square-foot Massachusetts store will be located at Mansfield Crossing, a retail destination that includes Warby Parker, Sephora, Cava, The Fresh Market and L.L. Bean. Mansfield Crossing is owned and managed by WS Development and is located off Interstate 495 and just a few miles from Interstate 95. Nordstrom currently operates two Nordstrom stores and seven Nordstrom Rack stores in Massachusetts.
