Last Mile Investments (LMI) announced that it has leased 3,283 square feet to US Fitness Products at Galleria Commons in Charlotte, N.C.
US Fitness Products is a provider of fitness equipment and services in the Carolinas, offering comprehensive solutions for both residential and commercial clients — from planning to fully outfitting workout spaces. With over 34 years in the industry, the company holds exclusive distribution rights to premier fitness brands such as Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Precor and Octane. Coupled with expert maintenance and consulting services, US Fitness Products delivers comprehensive, turnkey fitness solutions for private residences, top-tier fitness centers, hotels and more.

US Fitness Products’ grand opening is scheduled for September 2025, joining Jimmy John’s, UbreakIfix and Crepe Bistro at the 100% leased Galleria Commons.
