Lee & Associates NYC announced that it has represented hotpot restaurant Chi Chicken in launching its first location in Manhattan and second location in New York City. Chi Chicken will occupy 2,500 square feet of ground-level space in a 10-year lease at 37 West 26th St., a historic, 12-story mixed-use building in Flatiron. Chi Chicken, which opened its first location in 2024 in Long Island City, Queens, anticipates opening the new location in November 2026.

Catherine O’Toole, Stephanie Moore, David Scher and Jordan Cohen from Lee & Associates NYC represented the tenant, Chi Chicken. The landlord, Windsor Management, was represented by its in-house leasing team.

“We’re excited to have advised Chi Chicken in its expansion into the Manhattan market,” said O’Toole, executive managing director and principal at Lee & Associates NYC. “Chi Chicken will fit perfectly in the growing Flatiron retail and dining corridor.”

37 West 26th St. is located between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, less than a block from Madison Square Park and a short walk to the iconic Flatiron building. Built in 1908, this 129,473-square-foot building features a historic facade with a newly renovated interior. The ground floor of the building contains three dining units, and the upper floors contain office space.
