Collected Strategies, a strategic communications and investor relations firm specializing in high-stakes situations, including M&A, shareholder activism, corporate reputation, litigation and bankruptcy, has signed for 10,000 square feet at 60 Madison Avenue, announced building owner/manager The Moinian Group. Collected Strategies was previously located at 121 East 24th Street.
The Moinian Group was represented by Gregg Rothkin, Jared London, Hayden Pascal, Taylor Walker and Keegan Schenk of CBRE. Collected Strategies was represented by Michael Joseph and Taylor Bell of Colliers International.
“We are thrilled to see robust and sustained leasing momentum across our Midtown South office portfolio thus far this year,” said Omar Sozkesen, vice president of commercial leasing at The Moinian Group. “The prime and accessible location of each property within the portfolio, coupled with the flexible and cutting-edge floorplans appeals to firms of all sizes and scales and we look forward to welcoming Collected Strategies to our growing tenant community.”
60 Madison Avenue offers a range of newly renovated and prebuilt spaces, including a 25,000-square-foot duplex penthouse equipped with an internal staircase and expansive brand new outdoor terrace. New prebuilt spaces are currently being constructed on the south sides of the 11th and 12th floors (7,000 square feet and 8,000 square feet, respectively) with direct views of Madison Square Park, and the full sevent floor (17,000 square feet). Fully built-out spaces are additionally available on the fifth and ninth floors.
“60 Madison offered Collected Strategies the rare opportunity to occupy office space in the highly desirable Midtown South market, steps from Madison Square Park, with attractive economics,” said Rothkin. “With tenants focused on their real estate requirements and starting to make long-term decisions, properties such as 60 Madison in great locations with exceptional ownership, will be the beneficiary.”
