Modern Australian restaurant Isla & Co. will relocate to 2,150 square feet of ground-floor space at 66 Grand St. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The restaurant was previously located at The William Vale at 111 N 12th Street in Williamsburg and has two additional locations in Midtown Manhattan, and West Palm Beach, Fla.
Brett Brownstein, Jordan Cohen, and Garry Steinberg of Lee & Associates NYC represented the tenant, Parched Hospitality Group, in this transaction. The landlord, Tidal Real Estate Partners, was represented by Hank O’Donnell of Good Space.
“Parched Hospitality Group’s decision to relocate Isla & Co. to 66 Grand Street reaffirms its dedication to the growing Williamsburg restaurant and hospitality market,” said Brett Brownstein, associate director of Lee & Associates NYC. “Williamsburg has long been a hub for food and beverage providers, boasting one of the most sought-after restaurant and bar corridors in the city.”
Isla & Co. offers modern Australian cuisine, boasting robust brunch, dinner, and cocktail selections. In addition to Isla & Co., Parched Hospitality Group owns and operates Wallflower in Flatiron, Daintree in Midtown, and Hole in the Wall with locations in Williamsburg, Murray Hill, Flatiron and the Financial District.
