The Moinian Group has signed 33,000 square feet of new office leases across five properties, 29 West 17th St., 37-39 West 17th St., 10 West 18th St., 53 West 21st St. and 147 West 24th St. in Manhattan’s Flatiron neighborhood. These transactions, executed with Influencer, Instant Checkout, Cobalt Service Partners, Pixie Labs, Adagy Robotics, Permian Labs, Roboflow, Cloud Massage, Lume and Affiniti, have brought the firm’s Flatiron portfolio to 95% occupancy.

Influencer, global influencer marketing agency signed a lease at 53 West 21st St. Influencer was represented by Michael Calistri of Instant Group in the transaction. Instant Checkout, an AI-powered e-commerce marketing manager, signed at 53 West 21st St. The tenant was represented by Nicholas Hein and William Janetcheck of Nomad Group. Cobalt Service Partners, a commercial access solutions platform, signed at 53 West 21st St. The tenant was represented by Ross Eisenberg & Jeremy Birns of RDE Advisors.
Software development company Pixie Labs signed a lease at 37-39 West 17th Street. Pixie Labs was represented by Marcus Craddock of Cresa. Adagy Robotics, a 24/7 remote intervention service for robots signed a lease at 37-39 West 17th St. Adagy Robots was represented by Leah Zafra and RJ Johns of Cushman and Wakefield. Financing firm Permian Labs signed a lease at 37-39 West 17th St. It was represented by Kyle Riggins of Norman Bobrow.

Roboflow, a universal conversion tool for computer vision datasets, signed a lease at 10 West 18th St. The company was represented by Harrison Potter and Lance Yasinsky of JLL. Cloud Touchless Massage, a high-tech massage spa, signed a lease at 29 West 17th St. It was represented by Jonathan Wasserstrum of SquareFoot.
Lume, an AI customer implementation suite, signed a lease at 147 West 24th St. Lume was represented by Stefanie Rock and Todd Stracci of JLL. Affiniti, a financial intelligence platform built for small and medium sized businesses signed a lease at 147 West 24th St. Affiniti was represented by Arash Sadighi and Tyler Ruggiere of Venture Commercial NYC.

The Flatiron portfolio is made up of seven buildings, totaling 122,000 square feet and located within the Midtown South office district.
