Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. has announced that Dennis Ovalle has joined the firm in the newly created role of senior vice president of property management and operations.
An industry veteran, Ovalle will lead property management and operations throughout Manhattan Skyline’s multifamily portfolio, which currently encompasses several thousand luxury apartments in New York City’s most desirable neighborhoods. Ovalle will also oversee operations across Manhattan Skyline’s large collection of retail holdings.
As a department head, he will collaborate with Manhattan Skyline’s senior leadership team on long-term strategic planning and on the creation of standardized protocols for building operations. Ovalle will also provide guidance on annual budgets and operational reports and will oversee recruitment, hiring and training efforts.

Prior to joining Manhattan Skyline, Ovalle served as senior vice president of operations at Related Companies, where he oversaw a vast portfolio of market-rate, workforce and affordable housing across 61 residential buildings. Ovalle also previously worked as director of property management and operations at the New York City Housing Authority.
Ovalle holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a Master of Science degree in construction administration from Columbia University.
