Zenith Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS), a vertically integrated IOS platform, announced the acquisition of a three-acre industrial site located at 1150 Jetport Drive in Orlando, Fla. The property is improved by a 22,000-square-foot warehouse with 12 drive-in doors, which Zenith concurrently leased at closing to a mobile crane company.
The transaction closed in July 2025.
The Orlando area has remained a target market for Zenith, and this latest acquisition marks the company’s continued geographic expansion in Florida and the overall Southeast. Located in the region’s southeast Orange County submarket, the property is surrounded by numerous IOS and industrial users due to its proximity to critical highway infrastructure and the Orlando International Airport.
