Arrow Real Estate Advisors has arranged $14 million in financing for the acquisition of a nine-building multifamily portfolio in the Bronx. The financing was provided by Chase Bank. Arrow team members Jacob Schmuckler, senior director, and Meir Schlusselberg, vice president, arranged the financing.

The Tegford Portfolio, a blockfront on Wales Avenue, is comprised of 237 residential units and 6,670 square feet of retail space.
The client purchased the city-block-long assemblage, consisting of multifamily and mixed-use properties. Given the tight timeline to close, Arrow Real Estate Advisors leveraged its strong lender relationship to secure favorable terms and ensure a smooth closing process.
