Hudson Valley iCampus (HViC) has named real estate veteran Greg Brown to oversee all aspects of the campus’ day-to-day operations, development and growth.
As HViC’s top executive, Brown will draw on his diverse 25 years of experience in development, asset management, leasing, property management and investment management.
“We’re thrilled for the future of Hudson Valley iCampus,” said Greg Hipp, chief operating officer of Industrial Realty Group, the developer that owns and manages the property. “Greg has shown throughout his career that he is an experienced leader, with a track record of improving operations, efficiencies and profitability.”
Prior to joining the HViC/IRG team, Brown led two companies as chief operating officer. He was responsible for over $2.5 billion in assets under management across eight different states, most recently with a mid-market syndicator/operator in New Jersey. In his most recent COO role, Brown oversaw over 100 team members in the daily operations of over 50 assets, totaling 7.5 million square feet. He has also held FINRA Series 7/63 securities licenses as well as real estate brokerage licenses in five different states.
