Gridics, a provider of municipal zoning data and technology solutions, announced a new collaboration with Cotality, a provider of property information and data-enabled solutions, to integrate Gridics’ comprehensive property-level zoning data directly into Cotality’s solutions for distribution to its customers.
Through this collaboration, Cotality users will gain direct access to Gridics’ parcel-specific zoning datasets, including detailed zoning attributes, permitted land uses, and buildable capacity calculations. This will equip Cotality customers with unmatched insight into property development potential, empowering them to make faster, data-driven investment and planning decisions.

Gridics’ patented technology standardizes, structures, and delivers zoning and land use information from municipal zoning codes, creating a unique dataset that includes buildable capacity modeling for each property. Cotality’s customers — including developers, investors, brokers, and planners — will now be able to leverage this data to quickly identify opportunities and assess site feasibility.
