Lee & Associates NYC Onboards Three Senior-Level Brokers

Lee & Associates NYC has added senior-level team members Haz Aliessa and Claude Kolb as senior managing directors and Milly Cheung as a director.

Aliessa has over 13 years of experience working in commercial real estate, previously working at notable firms such as Pickens Real Estate and Tower Brokerage. He also has extensive experience in hospitality, having sharpened his skills in the nightlife industry before eventually opening his own restaurant. Aliessa will be focusing on hospitality assets across New York City.

Kolb joins Lee & Associates NYC with over a decade of real estate experience at firms like Metropolitan Property Group and KSR. Before entering the real estate industry, Kolb served as president of Andrew Kolb & Son, a wholesale art business serving some of the nation’s largest retailers, for 26 years. He works primarily with retail store listings with a focus on the Upper East Side, although he will continue to work across the city.

With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry in both the United States and China,  Cheung brings a deep understanding of international real estate buyers. Cheung began her career at Yopark in Shanghai and has since worked at notable firms including Citi, Keller Williams Realty and Nooklyn. Throughout her last eight years working in New York, Cheung has facilitated over 600 leases and 50 sales across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Jersey City. Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in Japanese and Spanish, Cheung will open new opportunities for Lee & Associates NYC to work with international firms seeking expansion into New York. Cheung will focus on retail and office leases and sales in Manhattan, Long Island City, and Downtown Brooklyn.
