Koeppel Rosen LLC, leasing and management agent for the Rosen family portfolio, announced a new 3,481-square-foot, five-year, five-month retail lease for Eden Gallery at 122 West 27th Street. The new location for Eden Gallery will comprise a partial space on the first floor of the office building and will be used as an art gallery. The space is currently being built out for the tenant.

The property contains a total leasable area of 135,132 square feet. Tenants currently occupying space at 122 West 27th St. include Van Wyck & Van Wyck and Howell Belander Castelli Architects.
