BJ’s Wholesale Club announced that its location in Sevierville, Tenn., will open on November 14.
The club at 124 Allensville Road is BJ’s fifth location in Tennessee. The on-site BJ’s Gas station will offer everyday low fuel prices and potential extra savings through BJ’s Fuel Savers Program. The gas station opened on October 29.
“We’re bringing savings of up to 25% off grocery store prices every day to the families of Sevierville,” said Lisa Kessler Gammon, club manager, Sevierville BJ’s Wholesale Club. “We’re dedicated to serving the families who depend on us, and we’re thrilled to be part of the community.”
For over 15 years, BJ’s has worked with Feeding America and its network of food banks, providing more than 155 million meals for those in need. In Sevierville, BJ’s is partnering with Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee by regularly donating produce, meat, dairy products and more to support the community.
Additionally, BJ’s Charitable Foundation has awarded a $75,000 grant to Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee to support increased food storage and distribution at 34 pantry partners in Sevier County and other nearby communities. The funds will be used to purchase new cooling units, pallet jacks, shelving and a refrigerated truck.
