Jeremiah A. Houlihan of Houlihan-Parnes Properties has negotiated and closed on the sale of a one-story strip shopping center with five retail tenants, containing 5,335 square feet, located at 3600-3614 White Plains Road in the Bronx, N.Y.
The property is located at the southeast corner of East 213th Street and Gun Hill Road, a few blocks from the Gun Hill Road Subway Station (IRT Dyre Ave. #2 and #5 trains). The property was sold for $3 million by long-term owners to a local real estate holding company.
The sellers were represented by Michael Lynch of Lynch & Associates.
