Resource Realty of Northern NJ (RRNNJ) recently arranged two industrial property leases at 903 Murray Rd. (158,440 square feet) and 906 Murray Rd. (15,005 square feet), adjacent sites that are part of the Ridgedale Industrial Park assemblage in East Hanover, N.J.
The RRNNJ team of Founding Principal Tom Consiglio and Principal Scott Peck who represented the landlord in both transactions. Principal Brian Wilson represented Tri-State Cleaning and Restoration at 906 Murray Rd. John Friedland of United Realty Advisors represented the tenant, J&J’s Tri-State Delivery Service at 903 Murray Rd.

In 2023, Ridgedale Industrial Park was acquired by an investment fund managed by Summit-based Saxum Real Estate. Under the park’s former owner (Urban Edge), RRNNJ served as the exclusive leasing agent and was retained by current ownership to continue in this role.
