Houlihan Parnes Arranges $1.8M Refi on Connecticut Mixed-Use

Jeremiah A. Houlihan and James K. Coleman of Houlihan-Parnes Properties successfully arranged the refinancing of two-story elevatored 26,000 square-foot neighborhood retail center on 1111 South Main Street in Cheshire, Conn. The building was built in 1985 and contains eight retail suites on the ground floor and eight offices on the second level.

Houlihan-Parnes Properties has arranged a $1,755,000 first mortgage loan with current market interest rate and repayment schedule for a 10-year term.

The financing was arranged in connection with the purchase of the property by an investment group based out of White Plains.  The property will undergo upgrades and be repositioned to maximize the investment.
