Terra Announces Partnership with THE WELL at Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences

Located on the seventh floor of the 49-story tower in Midtown, at the gateway to the Miami Design District, THE WELL Club at Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences will offer residents an immersive, holistic wellness experience.

Terra, one of Miami’s most established real estate developers, and internationally acclaimed wellness brand THE WELL, recently announced their partnership at Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences, Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s first residential development. Perched on the seventh floor of the 49-story tower in Midtown and at the gateway of Miami Design District, THE WELL Club at Miami Tropic Residences will offer residents an immersive wellness experience.

This serene wellness destination will embody the integrative approach to whole-person healing THE WELL is known for. Guided by the six-pillar approach to well-being that guides everything THE WELL creates – Food & Nutrition, Movement & Performance, Mind & Spirit, Body & Skincare, Longevity & Vitality, and Lifestyle & Community – THE WELL Club at Miami Tropic Residences will serve as an opulent oasis for restoration, vitality, and connection. Designed by the award-winning firm Yabu Pushelberg, this seventh floor amenity space weaves together vibrant tilework, rich marbles, and lush textures that transport guests to an island escape. Residents will enjoy self-guided wellness experiences such as a Guided Garden Walk alongside advanced wellness technology, including compression and percussion therapy. The Club will also feature two private treatment rooms for massage, facials, and bodywork, as well as an infrared sauna, steam room, hot tub, and cold plunge.

“We are incredibly proud to be deepening our partnership with THE WELL at Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences – a project that represents the future of urban living in South Florida,” said David Martin, CEO of Terra. “Our shared commitment to thoughtful design, holistic wellness, and meaningful lifestyle experiences makes this collaboration a natural fit. Together, we’re creating a new standard for what it means to live well in Miami.”

Expanding beyond spa experiences, THE WELL Club will encompass a main fitness studio with dedicated areas for cardio and weight training, a yoga and barre studio that seamlessly extends onto an outdoor training terrace and lounge, and squash courts, bringing a complete health and lifestyle experience together under one roof. From the comfort of their homes, residents can easily book services, group classes, and personal training sessions. Signature offerings include the Community Bath House Circuit, a guided social journey through the in-house contrast circuit, where guests practice breathwork techniques to help reduce stress while moving communally through hot and cold therapies, and Earthing Meditation, a grounding ritual held in the serene Healing Garden.

THE WELL Club will also present a curated selection of holistic, food-forward experiences and programming in collaboration with Jean-Georges, whose focus on local, seasonal and organic foods aligns nicely with the wellness brand’s ethos.

“At THE WELL, we believe that food is medicine. From nourishing the body, to uplifting the mind and connecting us to  one another, it’s foundational to our well-being. Partnering with Jean-Georges, whose philosophy around local, seasonal and intentional food mirrors our own, allows us to bring that belief to life in an extraordinary new way,” says Rebecca Parekh, CoFounder and CEO of THE WELL. “Together with Terra, we’re proud to create a home where wellness and nourishment are seamlessly woven into daily living. Our mission has always been to help people make wellness part of their every day, and THE WELL Club at Miami Tropic Residences is a perfect way to deliver on that.”
