One Domino Square Reaches 100 Contracts and Leads Brooklyn’s Residential Market

One Domino Square has just reached 100 residences sold. Since launch, One Domino Square has been a leading force in the market, claiming the title of New York City’s fastest-selling building for more months than any other new development. One Domino Square has also sold more units than any other Brooklyn property in 2025.

With the 100th deal, One Domino Square has sold 48 homes so far this year (first in Brooklyn). The building has averaged around 5.5 deals per month over 18 months, and it’s surpassed $260 million in sales. The building has been a consistent bright spot in the luxury residential market, both in Brooklyn and wider New York City.

In Q3, Brooklyn’s closed sponsor sales hit a record price per square foot, a number largely driven by One Domino Square’s contract volume and average closing price per square foot of $2,065. Also in Q3, One Domino Square signed 18 contracts, the most in the borough.

Another major milestone this year was the sale of Penthouse 1A for $7,450,000, breaking the record for the priciest sponsor sale in Williamsburg and Greenpoint history, as well as the neighborhood’s most expensive sale by price per square foot. At $3,046 per square foot, the sale broke the previous price per square foot record in Williamsburg by more than 12%.
