Stockholm-based residential property manager Odevo announced its expansion into three new U.S. states (California, Utah and Virginia) as Property Management Professionals LLC (PMP) and Capitol Companies join the group. The partnerships expand Odevo’s U.S. presence from 12 to 15 states, strengthening the footprint along the U.S. East Coast, and marking the company’s first state on the West Coast.
PMP was founded in 2008 and serves 300 communities with over 81,000 homes across California, Texas, Utah, Arizona and Colorado. Founded in 2002, Capitol Companies is an association management firm providing residential, financial and administrative management services, as well as maintenance and realty services. It serves over 130 clients and manages more than 12,000 homes across Northern Virginia.
