Simone Development Companies announced the official opening at 80 Nardozzi Place in New Rochelle, N.Y. of Cloudbound, an indoor playspace concept designed specifically for young children ages 0 to 6. The New Rochelle location is Cloudbound’s first nationwide.
Cloudbound’s 18,000-square-foot playspace combines the energy of a playground with the wonder of a children’s museum. From giant spiral slides and castle-inspired obstacle courses for preschoolers to sensory-rich interactive zones for babies and toddlers, it is crafted to spark curiosity, imagination and growth, Simone said.
“The addition of this family-focused recreational space further strengthens our complex at Nardozzi Place as a prime experiential and service-oriented destination for the local community,” said Joanna Simone, president of leasing and property management operations for Simone Development Companies.
“Cloudbound reflects a deep understanding of early childhood and the realities of modern parenting,” said Josh Rathweg, president of Cloudbound. “The early years of parenting are a critical time not only for children’s development, but for the formation of long-lasting family friendships. Cloudbound was designed to support both individualized play for kids and intentional community-building opportunities for parents.”
Cloudbound joins PXG Westchester and My Salon Suite at 80–110 Nardozzi Place as well as LA Fitness and Dello Russo Laser Vision at Simone Development’s adjacent 70 Nardozzi Place. The project is located directly off Interstate 95 and near Main Street and the Hutchinson River Parkway.
