RFR announced two new leases totaling more than 17,000 square feet at 75 Rockefeller Plaza.
Xfinity Creative, Comcast’s in-house creative agency, will occupy the entire 11th floor of 75 Rockefeller Plaza (14,116 square feet) for a term of five years. This will be a relocation for the agency, which was previously located at 105 Wooster down in SoHo. The tenant was represented by Gabe Marans, Jay Joyce and Greg Bante of Savills. RXR was represented by Bruce Mosler, Ethan Silverstein, Anthony LoPresti, Connor Daugstrup and Bianca Di Mauro of Cushman & Wakefield and in-house by Daniel Birney, Walter Rooney and Heidi Steinegger.
BeaconHead Partners, a strategic advisory and executive search firm focused on building leadership teams for high-growth and transformation-stage companies, will take its first office in New York City at 75 Rockefeller Plaza. It will occupy 3,190 square feet on the 20th floor at for three years. In the transaction, the tenant was represented by TJ Hochanadel of JLL. RXR was represented by Mosler, Silverstein, LoPresti, Daugstrup and Di Mauro and in-house by Birney, Rooney and Steinegger.
