Houlihan Lawrence Commercial announced that Apple Studios has leased 3,108 square feet at 14–20 Willet Ave. in Port Chester, N.Y. The leased space will serve as a post-production hub for Apple Studios, strengthening the media/entertainment operations in Westchester County.
The deal was brokered by Russ Detres of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial. Kim Galton of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented landlord Benchmark Port Chester LLC.
