Koeppel Rosen LLC, leasing and management agent for the Rosen family portfolio, announced that The Hudson Companies Incorporated and its affiliate Broadway Builders LLC have signed a new 18,200-rentable-square-foot office lease at 902 Broadway. The joint tenancy will occupy the entire 12th floor under an 11-year lease term.
The Hudson Companies Incorporated and Broadway Builders LLC are New York City–based firms specializing in the development and construction of residential, mixed-use and commercial projects. Hudson serves as a vertically integrated real estate developer focused on sustainable, community-oriented developments across the New York metropolitan area, while Broadway Builders operates as a full-service general contractor delivering complex construction projects throughout the city.
The new space will be utilized as the office headquarters for their operations. Max Koeppel of Koeppel Rosen represented ownership in the transaction; Benjamin Waller and Daria Ghasemi of ABS Partners Real Estate represented the tenant.

Built in 1911, 902 Broadway has undergone a comprehensive capital improvement program to modernize the historic property, including a new lobby, security, destination dispatch elevators and other building systems.
