Olshan Properties has added two popular retailers to Parkchester in the Bronxf. Wonder and Buffalo Wild Wings GO (BWW GO) are set occupy approximately 6,000 square feet on Metropolitan Avenue. These additions mark the latest milestone along Parkchester’s commercial corridor, bringing new dining options to a community with a growing appetite for vibrant retail offerings.
Wonder, a delivery and takeout company that houses cuisines from multiple restaurants at a single location, opened a 4,409-square-foot lease at 1498 Metropolitan Ave in April. Additionally, BWW GO, a spinoff of Buffalo Wild Wings, replaces the chain’s traditional restaurant concept with a smaller format focused on takeout and delivery. The new 1,600-square-foot location at 1443 Metropolitan Ave. presents a convenient way to quickly get wings, burgers, wraps and more. BWW GO opened in December 2025.

Located in the Central Bronx, Parkchester includes more than 12,000 residential units, over 60 street level retail units and 32 upper-level office spaces spread out over 129 acres of land. A 170,000-square-foot Macy’s anchors the retail part of Parkchester.
