Ripco Real Estate announced that 7 Brew has signed leases for five new locations across New Jersey and New York, continuing the fast-growing drive-thru beverage concept’s aggressive expansion throughout the Northeast. All locations have received municipal approvals and many are expected to open this summer.
Jordan Cohn and Jake Frantzman of Ripco recently helped secure five new locations for the brand in Upper Saddle River, Clark, Flemington and Newton, New Jersey, as well as West Haverstraw, New York, with several openings anticipated this summer. The new locations build on 7 Brew’s continued momentum nationwide as the company rapidly scales its footprint in high-growth suburban retail corridors.
“7 Brew’s momentum has positioned it as one of the most closely watched concepts in the quick-service sector, driven by strong consumer demand for convenient, experience-oriented beverage offerings. These new locations represent another significant step in 7 Brew’s continued growth throughout the Northeast,” said Frantzman, vice president at Ripco Real Estate. “The brand’s energetic customer experience and efficient drive-thru format have made it an exciting addition to high-traffic retail markets across the region.”
