Lee & Associates NYC has arranged a 5,250-square-foot office lease on a portion of the 17th floor at 225 West 34th Street (14 Penn Plaza) on behalf of Roux, an environmental consulting and management firm.
Roux signed a 10-plus-year lease with Circle Realty and is expected to relocate from 252 West 37th Street in September 2026. The transaction was negotiated by Woody King and Sean Slattery of Lee & Associates NYC, who represented the tenant. Jay Futersak represented Circle Realty in-house. Asking rents at the property were approximately $65 per square foot.
