To address an acute shortage of state-of-art, functional commercial space in South Jersey, Doors & Spaces Industrial has initiated construction on a 30,000-square-foot small-bay industrial project at 108 East Parkway Drive in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
The ground-up development creates an operational hub for Atlantic County’s small business community by delivering flexible, professionally managed space to a submarket long dominated by aging inventory.
“This project reflects our firm commitment to backing local businesses that power South Jersey’s economy,” said Brian Whitmer, co-founder and managing partner of Doors & Spaces. “Egg Harbor Township’s favorable demographics, expanding commercial density and superior highway connectivity make it an ideal hub for small-bay users. By building modern, highly adaptable facilities here, we are providing local companies with a high-performing operations base to streamline their supply chains, grow their client relationships and thrive over the long-term.”
Currently under construction, the facility will feature 19 industrial bays averaging 1,500 square feet each. The modern space is designed to support contractors, service providers, light logistics users and other growing businesses seeking modern, professionally managed industrial space.
Once completed, each bay will offer a move-in ready configuration of a private office, restroom and warehouse area, providing tenants with an environment that combines functionality with professional presentation. The property also features a dedicated business center exclusively for tenants to host client meetings and collaborative work sessions.
First Bank provided construction financing for the project. GWG is serving as the general contractor, while Whitney Development is managing the development. Occupancy is expected by Spring 2027.
