JLL announced that it represented SecurityScorecard, a provider of cyber risk intelligence, in a five-year renewal of its full-floor headquarters at 1140 Avenue of the Americas.
The renewal reflects SecurityScorecard’s continued investment in New York City as the company accelerates its global growth, expands its artificial intelligence (AI)-powered cybersecurity platform and continues to attract top talent. A tenant since 2023, the company occupies 8,475 square feet across a full floor featuring a large private outdoor terrace and providing a collaborative workplace designed to support its next phase of expansion.

The Cushman & Wakefield team of Josh Kuriloff, Matthias Li, Heather Thomas, Pierce Hance and Nicole Estevez represented the landlord in the transaction. JLL Managing Director Valentin Stobetsky represented SecurityScorecard.
