Dealpath, an AI-powered operating system for real estate investing, announced the appointment of Michele Thiel as vice president of marketing.

Thiel brings more than 20 years of experience scaling B2B SaaS, real estate marketplaces and subscription businesses across commercial and residential real estate. At Dealpath, she will own global marketing strategy, brand, demand generation, product marketing and partner marketing, with an immediate focus on scaling Dealpath AI and Connect across both the buy side and the sell side of the institutional market.

“Institutional real estate is consolidating. Capital, data and deal flow are moving to where they can be executed at scale with speed and precision, and the firms that connect first will take share from the ones that don’t,” said Mike Sroka, CEO and co-founder of Dealpath. “Michele has helped build and scale the platforms that reshaped how real estate is marketed, discovered and transacted. She is joining Dealpath as we define what comes next through AI, Connect and our broader platform.”

Prior to joining Dealpath, Thiel served as vice president of B2B marketing at TeamSnap, a youth sports management platform, where she led marketing across B2B, B2B2C, corporate brand and partner channels. Previously, Thiel she more than a decade at CoStar Group. At its LoopNet subsidiary, she led brand, product marketing, growth and go-to-market strategy, driving category leadership, subscription growth, international expansion and competitive differentiation. During this period, LoopNet’s marketplace revenue grew from approximately $100 million to more than $300 million. She went on to lead the marketing and launch of Homes.com.

Thiel graduated from Binghamton University with a bachelor’s degree in English rhetoric. She will be based in Dealpath’s San Francisco headquarters.
