Rudin, a full-service real estate organization and one of New York City’s largest private owners, operators and developers of first-class real estate, announced a lease agreement with global real estate advisory firm Savills at 560 Lexington Avenue, its 22-story office tower in the heart of the Plaza District.
As part of the five-year agreement, Savills will occupy 20,481 square feet across 560 Lexington’s entire third floor. Savills is expanding its New York City footprint with a new office located blocks from its U.S. headquarters at 399 Park Avenue. The expansion space will bring together professionals from across several diverse Savills service lines, creating further opportunities for collaboration, innovation and integrated services to support client engagements and brokerage transactions.
Together with the continued growth of its broader platform and the addition of new colleagues at Eastdil Secured Savills, this investment reflects the momentum of Savills’ business in North America and globally, the continued growth of its talent base, its confidence in New York and the significant opportunities ahead.
With this lease, Rudin has completed more than 110,000 square feet of deals at 560 Lexington in 2026. Other recent leases include Corpay, Marex, SummitTX, Dynasty Equity and Ally Bridge Group.

The suite’s contemporary furnishings create a sleek environment that supports collaboration and client engagement.
Savills represented itself in the transaction. Rudin was represented in-house by Kevin Daly, vice president of office leasing, and Craig Panzirer, senior vice president, head of office leasing, along with a CBRE team of Brett Shannon, Peter Turchin, Eric Deutsch, Lauren Levy and Jacob Rosenthal.
