FirstService Residential has been selected to manage Del Webb Bexley Community Association, a nearly 850-home active adult community in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. The partnership brings a unified management structure to the community, overseeing association operations, resident services, amenities, lifestyle programming, and food & beverage under one accountable team, effective with the transition beginning October 1, 2026.
Del Webb Bexley offers residents a resort-style clubhouse, an on-site bistro and food & beverage operations, a fitness center with wellness programming, pickleball and tennis courts, a resort-style pool and outdoor gathering spaces, walking trails and lifestyle and social programming designed specifically for active adults.
“Del Webb Bexley was seeking more than a management company. The board was looking for a true operating partner capable of aligning association management, lifestyle programming, amenity operations and food & beverage services under one accountable team,” said Rada Kleyman, business development director at FirstService Residential. “Our experience managing large-scale active adult communities, combined with our local leadership, hospitality expertise, and technology platform, positioned us to help preserve the exceptional resident experience that makes Del Webb Bexley one of the premier 55-plus communities in Florida. We’re not only management experts, we’re experts in lifestyle.”
As part of the partnership, FirstService Residential will provide both full-service association management and lifestyle & amenities activation, including oversight of food & beverage operations, bringing governance, financial stewardship, hospitality and resident engagement together under a single, accountable team.
The partnership emphasizes resident experience, operational transparency, financial oversight, vendor accountability and the long-term preservation of the community’s values: the science that makes an amenity-rich community work and the art that makes it matter.
