Tishman Speyer announced that fast-casual restaurant concept Glaze Teriyaki has signed a 10-year lease at Under 30 Rock at Rockefeller Center, opening fall 2026. Rockefeller Center is Glaze’s seventh location across New York City and Chicago.
Glaze Teriyaki offers customizable teriyaki dishes featuring premium proteins, farm-fresh vegetables and house-made sauces, and offers vegan, keto, paleo and gluten-free options. Quality is at the core of the brand, from produce sourced directly from local farmers to premium salmon from the Faroe Islands and New Zealand and seed oil-free cooking.

Under 30 Rock is a curated collection of day-to-night restaurants, bars, takeaway counters and shops under 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Located on Rockefeller Center’s Rink Level, just steps from the skating rink and accessible via the Rockefeller Center subway stop and elevators on the north and south side of the main plaza, Under 30 Rock is a microcosm of New York City’s vibrant and diverse dining options.
