Adams & Company has signed the signing of two new leases totaling 33,083 square feet at 463 Seventh Avenue, bringing the building to 100% leased.
Over the past year, the firm has seen steady interest in its Class B buildings across Manhattan with a vacancy rate of less than 2% across the portfolio.
Bagatelle International, a leader in the design and manufacturing of outerwear, sportswear, denim and dresses, signed a 23,785-square-foot lease for general, executive office use and showroom. The asking rent was $59 per square foot. KS Engineers P.C., a full-service engineering and construction management firm, signed a 9,298-square-foot lease for general and executive office use. The asking rent was $59 per square foot.
