Ripco Real Estate represented ABC Carpet & Home in a recent lease for approximately 18,346 square feet at a freestanding property across from Mizner Park at 601 North Federal Highway in Boca Raton, Florida. The transaction marks the luxury home furnishings brand’s return to South Florida and its first Boca Raton location.
Ripco Real Estate’s Jeremy Modest, executive managing director, and Ryan Tucker, managing director, represented ABC Carpet & Home, and are leading the brand’s expansion in the broader South Florida market.
The new location will bring ABC Carpet & Home’s distinctive collection of furniture, rugs, lighting, décor and other home furnishings to one of Palm Beach County’s prominent retail corridors.

The retailer operated a location in Delray Beach for approximately 20 years before departing the South Florida market in 2018. Now under new ownership, the Boca Raton showroom represents the brand’s return to the region and adds to the continued flow of New York-based brands into South Florida.
