Enverus Speeds Land and Title Teams’ Path to Certainty

Envereus has introduced Runsheet Assistant, a new AI capability within Enverus Courthouse that gives land, title and legal teams a faster path to title certainty. Teams can now analyze an entire chain of title in a single query, cutting runsheet analysis time by up to 75%, depending on the task.

For decades, title work has meant reviewing documents one at a time. Even with digital access to courthouse records, professionals still have to open, read and cross-reference dozens or hundreds of filings by hand to understand a single ownership position.

Runsheet Assistant accelerates that process. Instead of working document by document, users query an entire document set at once. The AI identifies relationships across filings, reconstructs chains of title, and surfaces ownership and lease insights across a tract in minutes.

“Land workflows today are still largely manual and fragmented,” said Silas Martin, vice president and general manager of land products at Enverus. “We have always provided the data. Now we are enabling customers to move through that data dramatically faster and actually make sense of it at scale. In many cases, that means running title up to 75% faster.”

Unlike other solutions that require users to gather and upload documents, Runsheet Assistant operates directly on Enverus Courthouse data, which includes more than 350 million records collected from county courthouses across key producing regions. This eliminates the need for document assembly and allows users to move immediately from search to analysis

Users can generate chains of title, ownership history, and party relationships across 100 or more documents in a single analysis; trace how title has changed over time without reconstructing it by hand; surface every restriction on an asset before a bid and find ownership gaps and title risks earlier in the evaluation process.

For land managers, title analysts, and legal teams, the result is a faster path from raw data to usable insight, without changing where they work or how they approach title.
