Koeppel Rosen LLC, leasing and management agent for the Rosen family portfolio has signed three new leases at 245 West 29th Street. Banyan Storage Inc. will move into a 1,872-square-foot office space on the 14th floor and Mogambo Inc. has signed a 1,661 rsf lease on the 11th floor. Additionally, Yolumia Beauty Group LLC has arranged a 1,180-square-foot retail lease on the ground floor.
Banyan Storage Inc., doing business as Supplyco, is an artificial intelligence technology company that helps manufacturers automate sales and operational workflows across their existing ERP, CRM, email, product data and other business systems. Max Koeppel, director of leasing at Koeppel Rosen, represented ownership while Max Krantz of Norman Bobrow negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
Mogambo Inc., doing business as aka Rococo Rugs, is a full-service rug studio specializing in the production, restoration and installation of custom contemporary rugs and carefully curated vintage and antique pieces for hospitality, residential, retail and private clients. Max Koeppel represented ownership while Amy Price and Eli Someck of Redwood Property Group negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
Yolumia Beauty Group Inc., doing business as Yomi’s Spa, is a beauty and wellness business providing nail and personal-care services. Max Koeppel represented ownership while Shiyun Shang of Alignment NY negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
Constructed in 1929, 245 West 29th Street is a 17-story, 99,588-square-foot office building in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. The building was designed by architect Julius Eckman and is Energy Star-certified.
