GFP Real Estate Signs 21,000SF at 318 West 39th Street

GFP Real Estate LLC announced that two tenants have signed new leases totaling 21,000 square feet at 318 West 39th Street in Manhattan’s Garment District.

Sellery Inc., an international e-commerce and digital media agency specializing in TikTok Shop management, live-streaming sales and social e-commerce strategies, has signed a 13,500-square-foot lease for the entire 10th floor of the building.

“The space was a great fit for Sellery,” said Matthew Mandell, senior managing director of GFP Real Estate. “They were able to take advantage of the existing showroom layout and convert those areas into studios for their live-streaming operations. The space worked well for what they needed, while the timing of the availability made it an especially attractive opportunity.”

Fine Art Velox Inc., a commercial printing and graphics company specializing in digital printing, banners, posters and related printing services, has signed a seven-year lease for 7,500 square feet on the building’s fourth floor.

Mandell represented GFP Real Estate in the Sellery transaction, while Ben Levy of Adams & Co. represented the tenant. Joe Friedman of LSL Real Estate represented Fine Art Velox in its lease.

318 West 39th St. was built in 1915 and designed by the architectural firm of Crow, Lewis, & Wickenhafer on the former site of the Finck Brewery and was originally named the Finck Building. The 13-story building’s façade features classically inspired architectural detailing and a welcoming, modernized lobby.
